Ali MacGraw became America's Sweetheart and an international star when she played as Jenny in the 1970 movie Love Story. Before she became a star, at the tender age of 22, MacGraw joined Harper's Bazaar as a photographer's assistant. She soon discovered that her looks were much too stunning to be behind the camera and she began work as a top fashion model. Ali appeared in television commercials as well.
